Jennifer’s mission for the Treatment Foster Care program is to provide children and families with quality services. The Treatment Foster Care program is committed to the integrity of our program and the success of our families and staff. Licensing has made it clear in recent conferences and workshops that they will aggressively pursue and discipline any program not adhering to the standards. Therefore we take our policies and standards very seriously. We set a high standard for ourselves to provide a collaborative and relationship-based, family-focused philosophy that models and teaches children and youth to live successfully in families by minimizing the negative effects of limited resources, abuse, neglect and multiple placements. We do this by supporting each other and making a commitment to learn and grow together and to challenge ourselves everyday to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve with compassion, integrity, professionalism and respect.
