COMPLAINTS

All persons have a right to file a complaint, regardless whether or not they are receiving services from La Familia-Namaste.

Once you complete the form, return it to the Compliance Officer at the address below. You will receive a written response within three working days of the date the agency receives the complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the response, a meeting will be arranged with the department or program director.

If you are not satisfied with the department or program director’s response, you may appeal, in writing, to the President and CEO.

The President and CEO will review the complaint, and will provide a written response within fourteen days from the date it was referred.
