Planning for Adoptive Placement

La Familia caseworkers will provide you with adoptive family profiles to help you select an adoptive family for your child if you choose to make an adoption plan. After you select a family, your La Familia worker will discuss with you the level of involvement you would like to have with the adoptive family. The home you select will be supervised by a caseworker until the adoption is final.

La Familia caseworkers will assist you in the completion of necessary forms if you decide to make an adoption plan. The caseworker will work with the attorneys and the courts to finalize the adoption.
